STEP 1: Create a specific criteria for properties that meet your needs & click SEARCH.

STEP 2:  Click on "Save Search."  

STEP 3:  Once your search is save click on the 'My Saved Searches."

 

 STEP 4: Name the Search, check "Receive Email Updates," then click save.  Alerts are Set! 

THIS IS FOR SAVING INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES AND NOT A SEARCH CRITERIA(above): After clicking on one of the individual results to view the details page (below), Click on "Save Property." That's all you need to do.
